In support of Every Mother Counts, Ariana Rabbani Jewelry, in conjunction with Miriam Darwich, created the Every Mother Counts necklace to raise awareness on how, "Together we can make pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother". To help aid this important cause, 20% of proceeds will be donated in hopes that all women receive the care they need.

Every Mother Counts is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother. Every Mother Counts informs, engages, and mobilizes new audiences to take actions and raise funds that support maternal health programs around the world. The organization was founded by global maternal health advocate Christy Turlington Burns in 2010.
